Yes! We engineered the TITAN Cold Plunge to be weather and UV resistant. The tub is made of insulated military-grade Drop-Stich PVC and the chiller is extremely powerful to keep your desired temperature in any climate. You can set it up Inside or outside, even in extremely hot or cold climates. If needed, an additional insulated cover is available for purchase.

To reap the health benefits, you'll need to remain in cold water below 59Β°F (15Β°C) for three to eight minutes. Cold water therapy is most effective when time and temperature are balanced correctly. Individuals vary in their tolerance levels, and some may be able to withstand colder temperatures than others.
For your first time, we suggest setting the temperature of your TITAN cold plunge to about 59Β°F (15Β°C) and gradually decreasing the temperature and increasing duration for each session. This gradual approach helps your body acclimate to the cold more effectively.
To keep the water clean for long periods of time, it's advised to add 1 to 2 lbs of sea salt (500g to 1kg) to the water. With salt, the water can remain fresh for three to four weeks. Alternatively, if salt isn't utilized, we advise cleaning the TITAN Cold Plunge every three to five sessions.
Simply disconnect the inlet chiller hose from the water outlet on your TITAN tub and connect a standard garden hose with a 1/2 inch male thread-to-hose adapter (from your local home supply store). You can also disconnect the chiller's inlet hose from the tub's water outlet and just let the water run out. For tubs without a chiller, repeat these steps by unscrewing the included cap.
Setup is extremely easy and usually takes around 20 minutes. Simply inflate your TITAN tub with the included pump and connect it to the TITAN chiller with the included pump and filter. Instructions are included in the box.
You absolutely can, the TITAN tub is insulated and designed to keep the water cool for short periods of time while just using ice. However, using ice daily can be inconvenient and exhausting. We recommend pairing the TITAN tub with the TITAN chiller to keep a prefect temperature daily without the hassle or costs associated with buying/making ice. The chiller is extremely power-efficient so expect to spend only $0.5-$1.5 per day in electricity (20 times less than buying ice).
