For those seeking a budget-friendly and efficient delivery option, we offer Standard Curbside Delivery at no extra cost.
- FedEx will coordinate a delivery time via text and email.
- Your order will be brought directly to your curb or driveway.
- Please be aware that with curbside delivery, FedEx personnel will not enter your residence, assemble your item, or dispose of packaging materials.
How Our Free Shipping Policy Works:
We're excited to announce that we're now offering free shipping for all Titan Cold Plunge orders to the vast majority of our customers nationwide. Our aim is to kickstart your wellness journey seamlessly, eliminating any worries about shipping costs.
However, it's worth noting that around 5% of the country is classified as FedEx's "Beyond Area," where our standard free shipping policy doesn't apply due to the increased expenses involved in delivering to these remote regions. These areas typically encompass more rural or difficult-to-access locations.
We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter and want to assure you that we're here to address any inquiries or concerns you may have about shipping to your specific location. Our primary objective is to ensure that your experience is smooth and positive, from the moment you place your order to the time of delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Mainland USA: Expect delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Hawaii, Alaska & islands: Plan for delivery within 4-10 business days.
Tracking & Estimation:
Upon shipment, typically within 1-3 days of placing your order (unless it's a pre-order), you'll receive tracking information. Your TITAN Cold Plunge System will be delivered directly to your curb or driveway for your convenience. Please be mindful that with curbside delivery, FedEx won't enter your home or assist with setup. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they are subject to the shipping company's operations, the provided estimates are based on courier averages. All orders originate from our California-based warehouse, ensuring prompt dispatch.
Winter Weather Advisory:
As we eagerly bring the chill to your doorstep, please anticipate potential delays during winter conditions. Failed or Missing Delivery: If delivery fails due to reasons such as an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered: Please note that we don't offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered. Ensure delivery to a secure address, and if any discrepancy arises, contact the delivery company promptly.
