RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

Return Period: You have 100 days days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and it must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. The original packaging helps protect the product during transit and ensures it arrives undamaged. We do not charge any restocking fees.

RETURN PROCESS:

1. Contact our Customer Support Team: To initiate a return. Our team will provide you with instructions for the return process.
2. Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged.
3. Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
5. Refund & Notification: All refunds are subject to a 7% cancellation fee (of the order total) due to payment provider fees on the transaction. Please allow 3-7 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed. You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


EXCLUSIONS:

Please note, the 100-day trial and 1-Year Warranty do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear, as well as issues arising from improper handling, installation or storage, are also excluded. If an extended warranty is purchased, it can only be canceled or refunded in case a return of the related item is approved. Used accessories and "Open Box" items or are non-returnable as well.

EARLY ORDER CANCELLATION:

In case an order is cancelled before it is shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee, due to payment provider fees on the transaction. Once the Shipped/Fulfilled stage is reached, canceling the entire order becomes impossible before items are returned to us. To cancel an order, please contact us
